The mission of FIO is to help people feel connected and seen by providing a place for people to share their stories, wisdom and insight. Not everyone is meant to share their story publicly; however, for those that are able can provide a lifeline for those walking through difficult experiences and struggling with shame.

Step 1: Fill out the Season 3 Podcast Guest Inquiry Form (click here). If you are ready for a phone call, skip to Step 2.

Step 2: Schedule a booking call (click here) (15 minute phone call).

Step 3: Chat to see if we would be a good fit.

Step 4: If we are a fit, schedule your podcast recording interview.

Step 5. Fill out the Podcast Guest Preparation Form (click here) (if you didn’t complete in while booking your interview).

Step 6. Get excited.

Step 7. Flush It Out (Record, 1 hour via Zoom).

Step 8. Stay connected and promote your episode! Follow Flushing It Out on Facebook and Instagram. When your episode releases, there will be social media posts you can share or use to create your own.

Step 9. Share your feedback.
