Learn more about and connect with our VIPs.
We are peeling back the layers on the podcast to help spark conversations and insight in your own life. If you are ready to take the next step on your journey of growth and healing, the VIPs are a great place to start.
All of us have different needs at different times. I have found that there are 4 areas we can break our needs down into: Therapy/Couching, Community/Connection, Self-Care, and Skill Development. When you are working on your own growth and healing, it can be hard to know where to start or what is right for you. By identifying one area to begin with, you can take a step forward. The best news?!? There are no wrong steps. If you move forward in one area and realize it doesn’t feel right, that’s more information! You now know to take another step in a different direction. We are truly better together, so let’s keep ‘flushing it out!’

Rowan Tree, Co-Working & Co-Growth Space
Kate & Amy help women bloom in a constructive, creative, and fun community and workspace, to nourish your work, your mind, and your body.
Best friends Amy Dagliano and Kate Viggiano Janich were celebrating their shared birthday (born on the same day and year), when the conversation turned to how amazing women are when they join together for a common goal. They talked about how disconnected women often feel, when they try to make progress on their own. In that moment, a seed was planted.
Months later, while on a lunch break walk together, the seed sprouted. They decided to create a community for women to connect with each other, be productive, and balance work with creativity, wellness and heart. Like its namesake, the Rowan Tree coworking and cogrowth idea took root…and began to grow. Today, it is a thriving community both in-person and online.
